These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Our Secret Deals platform, website and mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform"), operated by Our Secret Deals ("we", "us", or "the Company").

By registering an account, ticking the acceptance checkbox, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

"User" means any person who registers on the Platform, whether as an Investor or a Mediator.

"Investor" means a User who registers to explore, evaluate, or invest in property opportunities.

"Mediator" means a User who registers to list, introduce, or facilitate property transactions between parties.

"Property" means any real estate, land, unit, or interest listed or discussed on the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and KYC, and to keep it updated. Registering on behalf of a company or firm requires that you are duly authorised to do so.

Each User is assigned a unique Member ID upon registration. The Member ID identifies your registration type (Investor or Mediator) and must not be shared or misused.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

Access to certain features requires completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, including submission of identity, address, and bank details for individuals, or incorporation and authorised-signatory details for companies/firms.

You represent that all documents and information submitted are genuine, valid, and belong to you or the entity you represent. Submitting false, forged, or misleading information may result in suspension and legal action.

The Platform is a technology intermediary that connects Investors and Mediators and helps present property information. We are not a real-estate agent, broker of record, financial advisor, or a party to any transaction concluded between Users.

Any agreement, negotiation, payment, or transfer relating to a Property is solely between the transacting Users, who are responsible for conducting their own due diligence, title verification, and legal compliance.

Property details, prices, availability, images, and documents are provided by Users or third parties. While we take reasonable steps to maintain quality, we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, legality, or current availability of any listing.

Listings do not constitute an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy, sell, or invest. You should independently verify all information before acting on it.

Mediators must act honestly, disclose their role to counterparties, and comply with all applicable real-estate laws, including the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA) and any required registrations.

Mediators must not misrepresent a Property, make unauthorised commitments on behalf of owners, or charge fees other than those lawfully agreed and disclosed.

Certain features, memberships, or premium services may be offered for a fee. Applicable charges, taxes, and terms will be shown before you pay. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated.

You agree to make payments only through the Platform's designated and secure payment channels.

The Platform may offer a referral program under which Users can earn credits or rewards, reflected in a wallet balance. Rewards are discretionary, may change, and must not be obtained through fraudulent, self-referral, or abusive means.

We reserve the right to withhold, adjust, or reverse wallet balances obtained in violation of these Terms.

You agree not to: (a) post false, fraudulent, or unlawful content; (b) infringe the rights of others; (c) attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform or other accounts; (d) use the Platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose; or (e) upload malware or scrape data without permission.

All content, trademarks, logos, and software on the Platform are owned by or licensed to the Company and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Nothing on the Platform constitutes investment, legal, tax, or financial advice.

Real-estate investments carry risk, including the risk of loss of capital. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from transactions between Users, reliance on listings, or unavailability of the Platform.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Platform, your content, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

We collect and process your personal and KYC data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection laws. By using the Platform, you consent to such processing for verification, service delivery, and legal compliance.

We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, provide false information, or engage in unlawful conduct. You may close your account at any time, subject to settlement of any pending obligations.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts, and, where applicable, resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified on the Platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
